10 months

How fast time flies!! Parker is 10 months old!!! He is so dang cute these days.  He is happy most of the time and is always very entertaining.  He took his first independent steps today without anything around him.  He took a whole 5 steps. We were in the kitchen and he stood up in the middle of the kitchen and then I held out my hands and he came walking towards me and walked 5 whole steps before falling!  He will not let us feed at all anymore. We have to put his food on his tray and just watch the mess unfold.  He also found a new hatred for getting his diaper changed.  It is a huge battle for each diaper change that we have to do.  He usually wins by making some kind of mess...He loves playing with David and Maggie.  He also loves exploring everything in the kitchen.  He loves playing with the pots and pans and lids.  He appears out of nowhere as soon as the refrigerator door opens and immediately goes for the breakable jars in the door.  He is sleeping through the night (knock on wood) and is usually taking 2 naps a day about 2 hours each.  He is a sweet baby and we love having him in our family.  He keeps us on our toes and we never know which Parker we will get for the day.  He still puts on quite the show, when other people are around.  He just smiles and talks and oh his new thing is the click his tongue.  Someone just commented today how happy and easy going he seems at church...David and I just laughed!:)  Silly kid.  I can't believe he will be one in just a couple of months! Like I said time flies, especially when it is baby number 3! Happy 10 months Parker!

We really need to get together! I'll have to let you know when we are passing through. Such a cutie! Wade caught on fast to crawling and standing, but he will not even try to stand holding our fingers. He will just sit. So I am impressed how fast Parker is learning to walk!

that's great he's taking steps! he sounds exactly like Elliot (except for that). I love how you said, you put the food on his tray and watch the mess unfold...that's exactly how it is! I forgot how messy this stage is...thank goodness they are CUTE!
