For Thanksgiving I decided to try deep frying my turkey. It was delicious! I am a huge fan of it. I had gotten a big deep fryer the previous Christmas and it came with a rotisserie. It took about an hour to fry and it was so much more flavorful than the ones I have made in the oven. We had a pretty low key Thanksgiving at our house with just a couple of friends and our family. But of course we had enough food for 50. I really do love Thanksgiving and getting to just relax and have fun with our little family.
